Since taking its first step in 2021, ICLAS has continued to grow each year, leading the sustainable development of both medical and aesthetic fields. This progress has been made possible through genuine collaboration and convergence — going far beyond the mere exchange of information to expand the horizons of our academic community.

At ICLAS, we do not settle for short-term achievements. Instead, we place the following core values at the heart of all our academic endeavors:
First, we are committed to building a strong international clinical network, promoting the free and active exchange of knowledge and technology across borders. ICLAS will continue to serve as an open platform where professionals from diverse backgrounds can communicate and share their experiences.

Second, we will establish a structured educational foundation for the next generation of medical professionals. Through well-balanced programs that integrate theory and practice, we aim to nurture talented individuals with broad perspectives and practical expertise to lead the future.

Third, we will further expand interdisciplinary and cross-border discussions that foster innovation. By breaking down boundaries between nations and specialties, we will create a dynamic forum where new ideas are born and innovative solutions emerge, accelerating the advancement of our field.

This year’s Seoul Symposium marks an important step in realizing the vision of ICLAS. With a sense of responsibility and forward-looking leadership, I am committed to guiding our organization toward greater growth and global recognition. We will continue our efforts to ensure that ICLAS firmly establishes itself as a central platform for global medical and academic exchange, extending beyond Asia.

As we gather here in Seoul this autumn, I sincerely hope that this symposium will be remembered not only for its academic accomplishments but also as a meaningful occasion of deep learning, inspiration, and genuine human connection.
